Estar, a global charging solutions leader, announced the launch of its first 480kW ultra-fast charging station for heavy-duty trucks at a major logistics hub, signaling its entry into commercial vehicle charging. Equipped with advanced DC fast-charging technology, the station supports simultaneous charging of multiple electric trucks, enabling an 80% battery recharge in just 40 minutes—significantly enhancing fleet operational efficiency.
“This milestone expands our expertise from passenger to commercial mobility, addressing the industry’s critical need for high-power, reliable energy replenishment,” said Elva Liu, Estar’s General Manager. The station features intelligent grid integration and thermal management systems, ensuring adaptability to harsh environments while connecting seamlessly with fleet management platforms for optimized performance.
Local logistics companies praise the solution for accelerating their electrification transitions. With plans to deploy 100 such stations nationwide within three years, Estar aims to build a robust commercial charging network, driving progress toward zero-emission transportation and global decarbonization goals.
