X-Smart’s core value lies in seamless EV charging and orderly energy management. It works with smart piles, load balancers, and cloud platforms to reduce high-power devices’ impact on grids, ensuring efficient operations. Privacy protection is a highlight: no personal information is stored—only email-generated user codes, with nicknames/avatars anonymized, and easy access to privacy policies and user agreements.
Onboarding is simple: register via email (with a ≥6-character password) and confirm policies; log in via email, Google, or Apple (exclusive to iOS, with account saving). It’s downloadable on iOS/Android via links or device QR codes.
Device configuration fits all scenarios: enable Bluetooth/location, tap “+” to search (reconnect if failed), and choose 2.4G Wi-Fi, 4G, or Ethernet. Server settings support OCPP1.6, with default options for quick setup. After configuration, customize device aliases and start using in 1–2 minutes.
Core functions excel too: dual-entry device management, flexible charging (one-click control, 2 scheduled modes), parameter adjustment (current, LED brightness), load balancing, and online/offline IC card management. Solar mode, cost setting, and Excel/PDF record exports meet diverse needs, making X-Smart a game-changer for smart EV charging.
